He not only told us a truck would be there within the hour but he would also arrange separate transportation for us, our daughter, our dog and our vacation luggage. They replaced our radiator and we were on our way. There are not enough words to describe the level of professionalism and courtesy that this company showed us. Our memories from this holiday are all because of them and we are forever grateful.

Not one of those avenues led to a rescue. We spent 8 hours trying to figure out how to get help. We were able to sleep for a couple hours and then I searched again. I picked the first tow company that said they were already open. Minich’s; a name that now feels more like an old family friend. When Chris answered my call he was warm and kind.....

While traveling home on I80 from Cleveland to spend the holiday with family, the radiator in our Jeep blew. At 12 o’ clock, midnight, we found ourselves and our two year old daughter stranded. We reached out to our insurance company, any 24-hr service we could “google”, and after several hours of arguing and crying, I broke down and dialed “911” and was transferred to the State Police.....
